A security/Damage deposit charge. Is payable of £100, to be refunded after the property has been left in the same condition as you as when you arrive.

 

Cancellation terms: 50% refunded if cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date.
